People hairdressing is an award winning, high end hair salon in Sydney. To generate PR and inject life into the salon environment a series of exhibitions were run. My agency at the time, Happy South, was invited to take part. Our idea “Code is Art” used the Processing development platform to create applications that iteratively generated artwork from random variable decisions.
The resulting motion and printed works were very well received – resulting in an additional request to extend the work to their Australian Hair Dresser of the Year Award.
