Josh has crafted ideas that connect brands with consumers for over 15 years. Throughout his career, his love of human insight and his passion for technology have enabled him to consistently produce successful campaigns – delivering results across diverse media, categories and a wide range of audiences.

Josh has held a range of creative roles over the years. He started as an in house designer at eBay, before going on to hold senior digital creative positions at a range of WPP agencies. He cofounded independent agency Happy South, which built a client list including CSC, Earth Hour, Marcs and Red Bull Mobile. Most recently he held the position of Head of Art & UX at Apparent, a leading one-to-one agency working with clients across APAC and North America.

He’s worked on everything from luxury goods to government, health to FMCG, telco, finance and the world’s biggest tech brands. What Josh considers the benchmark for work is simple – that it achieves business results, while creating positive emotional connections with customers.
